A good omen? FC have won each of the last three games to start the Bundesliga Rückrunde. The consecutive wins against SV Darmstadt 98 (6:1, 2016-17), Gladbach (2:1, 2017-18) and recently VfL Wolfsburg (3:1, 2019-20) is a club record.

Only Inaki Williams (175) of Athletic Bilbao has played more consecutive games in Europe’s top five leagues than Timo Horn (96). The FC shotstopper hasn’t missed a Bundesliga match since playing in the 2:2 draw against FC Ingolstadt 04 back on 11th March 2017.
FC’s win over Schalke continued the impressive form away from Müngersdorf this season. With the victory in Gelsenkirchen, it notched up a third away win of the campaign. 12 of FC’s 15 points have come away from home.

After going 15 games without a clean sheet to start the season, Hoffenheim have bounced back in their last two matches. A 0:0 draw against Bielefeld and the 3:0 win over Hertha BSC meant that they now have back-to-back clean sheets.
Andrej Kramaric equalled Ivica Olic’s record for most goals by a Croatian in the Bundesliga. Kramaric’s brace against Hertha put him level with the former Bayern striker on 72 goals.
Seven of Kramaric’s 10 league goals have come away from home this campaign. Overall, his 10 goals and two assists have seen him directly involved in 48% of Hoffenheim’s goals this term.
